Warranty Policy:
What does the limited warranty cover?This limited warranty covers any defect in material or functionality from the manufacturing process under normal usage during the warranty period.
This limited warranty does not cover any damage that results from incorrect installation or usage.
Please note warranty does not cover service, installation, or other third-party fees incurred due to the defect.
What is the duration of coverage?The warranty period for physical goods purchased from Luminesque Lighting is ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. Please note that some LED bulbs and LED integrated fixtures indicate a 2-5 year warranty. Any warranty issues past the one-year point will default to a manufacturer’s warranty and you may have to contact the manufacturer directly.
Extended One-Year Warranty:Effective January 1, 2022, Luminesque Lighting is offering an extended one-year warranty coverage on eligible LED integrated fixtures and bulbs. Extended warranty can be purchased for 10% of the product cost and ensures Luminesque will work with the manufacturer on your behalf to resolve the issue within 2 years from the date of purchase.
